How are Pink Smoke products made?
Every Pink Smoke product is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, which helps us avoid unnecessary stock and overproduction. Your item is created and shipped by one of our selected production partners.
How long does production take?
Production time varies depending on the product and production partner. You will see an estimated delivery window during checkout. Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate.
Where will my order be produced?
The production location depends on the product, availability and delivery destination. Some products are made in the United States, while others are produced by partners in Europe or other regions.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
Not always. Products may be made by different production partners and can therefore arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. We accept cancellation requests within one hour, provided production has not already started.
Because our products are made to order, changes may no longer be possible once the order has entered production. This voluntary cancellation option does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Can I return my order?
Eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Returns and Right of Withdrawal policies.
Customers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Standard made-to-order products are not automatically excluded from this right simply because they are produced after purchase.
Personalised products made according to individual customer specifications may be excluded where legally permitted.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item under the applicable return conditions and place a new order for the preferred size, colour or product.
Can colours look different in person?
Slight colour differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, fabric colour and the printing process. Product images are designed to represent the final item as accurately as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected destinations in the United States, Europe and other supported regions. The available shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout after you enter your delivery address.
