Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the last item included in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to withdraw from whenever possible. You are not required to provide a reason or wait for our approval before exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Returning the goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please do not return products to the manufacturer, print provider or any other address unless we have expressly confirmed that address to you as the correct return address.

Please package the goods securely to prevent damage during transport.

Inspection and diminished value

You may inspect the goods to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality in the same way that you would normally be permitted to inspect them in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary for this inspection.

Original packaging is appreciated where available, but it is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

Contact us at info@pinksmokeclub.com as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.

If the complaint is justified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for the necessary costs associated with a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

Your statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception applies. This may include goods that have been made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you.

A product is not considered personalized solely because it is manufactured after the order is placed. Standard print-on-demand products without individual customization are therefore not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.
