Shipping policy

Made-to-order products

All Pink Smoke Club products are made especially for you after your order is placed.

Our products are manufactured and shipped by selected print and fulfilment partners. Different products in the same order may be produced at different locations and may therefore arrive in separate packages.

Processing time

Most orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days before they are shipped.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, major sales, periods of high demand or when a product is temporarily unavailable.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times include production and shipping:

United States: approximately 4 to 15 business days

International orders: approximately 12 to 37 business days

The delivery estimate shown on the product page or during checkout takes priority over these general estimates.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to the countries available during checkout.

If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to deliver there.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you place your order.

The cost may vary depending on the product, delivery destination, package size and selected shipping method.

If items are shipped separately, you will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because we divide your order into multiple packages.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the shipping label has been created.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

We will try to update the address if production or shipping has not yet started. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Pink Smoke Club is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. Where legally permitted, additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be sent again.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information and the delivery address provided with your order.

You may also wish to check with household members, neighbours or your local delivery office.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us at hello@pinksmokeclub.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the relevant fulfilment partner or carrier.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pinksmokeclub.com.

Please include:

your order number
a description of the problem
clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where the complaint is justified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly included and collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pink Smoke Club does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority if you require further information before ordering.

Risk during delivery

For consumers, Pink Smoke Club remains responsible for the risk of loss or damage until the order has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.
